Our People

Lauren Grenda is our Centre Director and Educational Leader. She began her career as a kindergarten teacher and has had an extensive career surpassing 20years, in a range of organisations, including working as a teacher, centre manager, field worker and delivering training to TAFE students.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Cert IV Training & Assessment and Graduate Certificate on Human Resource Management.

Lauren has presented on the topic of Bush Kindergarten at a sector conference as well and delivering at parent workshops on topics such as School Readiness and conducted research in Attachment Theory.

Lauren has volunteered in an orphanage in the Philippines and often volunteers her weekends to the local junior football league.

Lauren is a member of Early Childhood Australia and Reggio Emilia Information Exchange.
