Cara Pavletic is our Assistant Director.

Cara began her career in Early Childhood Education by completing the Certificate III in Children’s Services in 2007. As she gained experience in the Sector, Cara wanted to have more involvement in children’s development and decided to go on to study the Diploma of Children’s Services.

After 12 fulfilling years working as a Lead Educator, Cara made the decision to take on a management opportunity at Skye and began studying her Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management.

Cara believes that each child is unique and deserves to have access to a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning environment.
